Balanced Strategic Plans
The Balanced Strategic Plan documents all of the elements, assumptions, participants, and results of the strategic thinking process used to produce the organization’s strategic planning and management system. This document is used to communicate the thinking behind the strategy as well as to communicate the resultant strategy with employees and other stakeholders.
